The Road So Far

IN THE BEGINNING — We saw a transportation problem.

People were stuck. No rides. No access. No way to get to the places that actually help them. A whole generation exhausted, disconnected, and isolated because they couldn’t get anywhere.

So we built the foundation for a solution.

March 26, 2026 — Hope Lives On Recovery Rd. becomes official.

We incorporated as a federal 501(c)(3) to give our community a permanent starting point — a place built for access, dignity, and movement.

Today — We are facilitating transport.

Our first priority is simple: If you can’t get here, nothing else matters. We are building a clean, dry, accessible space where people can show up, breathe, and reconnect — dance, music, woodwork, gardening, and face‑to‑face kindness.

OCTOBER 1, 2026 — Digital Launch

Professional web hosting + targeted marketing for Hope Lives On Art. Local creators get visibility, security, and reach. Programming stays mostly virtual while transportation ramps up.

MARCH 2027 — Breaking Ground

We raise the first sanctuary structure and break ground on the community garden. The build site becomes the classroom — workshops, skill‑sharing, and community‑led design. Hybrid programming begins.

OCTOBER 2027 — Harvest & Barn Raising

We finalize the main sanctuary structures and celebrate our first full garden harvest. Hands‑on classes launch: heritage skills, winter prep networks, tool‑sharing, and cooperative community shifts. Hybrid programming continues.

DECEMBER 2027 — Local Leadership Takes Over

The sanctuary transitions to a fully community‑led model. A local Site Manager is appointed. Our founder begins replicating the blueprint in a new state. Virtual + on‑site programming moving forward.

MARCH 2028 — Permaculture & Eco‑Tourism

The lodge enters its first full season under local leadership. We expand into year‑round food security, soil health, and permanent food forests. Eco‑tourism launches to bring sustainable, community‑driven economic support.

DECEMBER 2028 — National Expansion

The Missouri site becomes our official proof of concept. With a fully self‑sustaining, community‑led sanctuary in place, we scale. Our founder breaks ground in a second state, teaching new communities how to build their own resilience hubs from scratch.
